PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities Requirement
  • Responsible for product planning and marketing, managing product lifecycle, defining product and customer requirements, working closely with manufacturers, to deliver winning products.
  • Includes developing marketing plans to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Manage product marketing for electrical, automation & energy solutions throughout entire product life-cycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing, promotion, and key accounts management
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs, sales programs, customer presentations, business plans, training, and product launch plans
  • Develop monthly revenue forecast
  • Provide product and sales training to sales force periodically
  • Leading Product and Application Engineers
  • To liaise and work closely with branches and other product divisions
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • 5+ years’ experience in channel distribution and expand relationships with channel partners.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching agency products
  • Experience in agency and channel management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Result driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel 50% of the time
SALES ENGINEER / PRODUCT ENGINEER
Multiple work locations
Malaysia – Kedah.Sungai Petani, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Penang.Butterworth, Pahang.Kuantan, Selangor.Klang / Port Klang
Responsibilities Requirement
  • To in-charge of promoting/marketing products to key account customers.
  • To service existing customers in the related industries.
  • To develop new customers in the related industries through telemarketing, marketing seminars and site visits.
  • Develop vertical market/project as per assignment.
  • Develop specific market share objective such as product positioning, distribution channels etc
  • Provide sales and support to channels/local sales office.
  • To carry out duties and assignments as assigned by management from time to time.

ADMIN OFFICER

Responsibilities Requirement
  • Process purchase order to overseas and local vendors
  • Handle quotation and inquiries
  • Monitor and arrange import shipments from overseas
  • Liaison with freight forwarder, transportation, courier service for delivery shipments
  • Coordinate with store dept, product dept etc on incoming shipments from overseas & local
  • Prepare, checking, follow up shipping documentations
  • Handle shipping documents with banks, accounts, marketing, store
  • Assist in shipping factor costing calculations
  • Process ERP Navision system for stock maintenance and billings
  • Create stock / product codes and assist preparing pricelist & product catalogue
  • Perform analysis – sales, stock, purchases
  • Handle product claims from branches
  • Other assignments from time to time.
